Turquoise, diamond and 18k yellow gold. Gorgeous turquoise from the prized Sleeping Beauty mine is hand-carved into our medium size starfish and set with graduated bezel-set diamonds. The beautifully colored starfish are set in an intricately patterned backplate with a high polished bezel and a charming starfish earpad. Posts may be added in the future if desired.
