Blue topaz set in 18k yellow gold. Five faceted pear-shaped stones surround a faceted round center, each stone delicately prong set in polished yellow gold. This medium size version of Mish’s Stars is created in beautiful, bright sky blue topaz. Posts may be added in the future if desired.
